What Happens Next?
Once you make contact, we can arrange a time for an initial counselling session.
This first session is an opportunity for you to share what has been happening and to explore how counselling may support you.
There is no pressure or expectation — you are welcome to take things at your own pace.
Sessions
Sessions are available:

• In-person
Individual Session: $120.00 per hour
Couple or Family Session: $160.00 per hour
